To support this, and to help deliver the best experience to every one of our clients, we have invested heavily in the latest IT, and as part of the LSL Family Law team you would have full access to all our software and systems. We are also incredibly passionate about the environment, and these systems have helped us to achieve a paperless business, something we are immensely proud of.

If you are an established legal professional with an active profile who is accredited in family law and dedicated to delivering excellent client service, then we would love to hear from you. We are inviting applications from legal consultants who are:

  • committed to issue resolution (recognising the value of this approach to family law where court is the last resort)

  • qualified as, or interested in becoming, family mediators or arbitrators

  • able to source and manage their own client base
  • motivated by the freedom and autonomy of remote working
  • skilled and tenacious in court proceedings (should the client journey require it)
  • IT literate and keen to engage with the latest technology
  • committed to following workflow and compliance precedents

We have a great support network (and extended family) who will share best practice and offer you mentoring and problem solving as and when required. We will also sort out all the necessary compliance, pay for your professional indemnity insurance and take care of client billing and credit control. All you need to do is invoice us once a month for the work you have undertaken.
